meds not dispatched by new company

Patiant file not on system even though pharmacy direct used to courier to me every month till december 2015. Im starting to be worried now maybe I will not get anything from script wise and I have forward the script from my doctor which was sent to them last year September . Im fustrated and confussed now should I dye who is to be blamed
