meds not dispatched by new company

Patient file not on system even though pharmacy direct used to courier to me every month till December 2015. I'm starting to be worried now maybe I will not get anything from script wise and I have forward the script from my doctor several times and when I called them they are telling me they didn't received the script. I'm frustrated and confused now should I dye who is to be blamed. Is this the service we going to receive. This people are gambling with our lives.
