Medication not fully covered

I logged a query on the 2nd September and I got an automated response that I will get an answer within 5 working days...I sent another e-mail on the 09th and still no response.<br> <br> My daughter is on PMD (Chronic). <br> I went to the pharmacy last week to get her needles ,lancets and glucose strips.<br> I was told that I have to pay an extra R62 .00 for the needles. Please advise why that is and since when I have to pay out of my pocket.<br> I was assured by your consultants that when I registered her as chronic, I won't have to pay anything out of my pocket<br> <br> CAN SOMEBODY GET BACK TO ME!!!
