Medical Aid of convenience

I’m December I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and was hospitalised for 5 days where I was critical, long story short today I received an email that I’m being handed over to ITC because the doctor was paid about R2000 instead of R6000 , I now have to pay R4000 yet I pay my core saver medical aid which is according to them covers everything! This is just the worst!!!!
