Medical aid causing me anxiety and panic attacks.

On the evening of 11 June 2025 I went into the ER department at Constantiaberg Mediclinic. I was in tremendous pain coming from my lower back ,shoulder and neck. My sister was with me as I was in to much pain and did all the talking with the doctors and nurses . I was admitted,most horrible experience of my lift and worst hospital to date. Doctors have no empathy treat you like just another number .The nurses I am at loss of words for ,I fail to understand that if you caring for the ill why it sound like a bazzare in the hospital passage ,these nurses shout ,laugh ,talk there is not a single moment where one can rest .lack of communication and no care for the patient.

My main concern or complaint would be about my medical aid provider Bankmed . They have not covered 3 of my bills to which I am failing to comprehend and refusing to pay . What is even more mind blowing to me is what the bankmed agent told me over the phone when I called to query .He advised that I am suppose to request for Bankmed doctors and specialist upon my admission .Let that sink in !!!! I am appalled .So while I'm laying there in tremendous pain with my sister speaking on my part due to the pain in the emergency department I am suppose to say " wait wait hold up not this doctor. Please bring me a doctor that does bankmed " I need you to please explain this to me . While admitted Dr Polly attended to me(empathetic doctor ).Apparently his bill is not covered as well .As per my knowledge upon admission all in hospital fees are to be cover . Cherry on the cake .......the physio that saw me for 10 Mins is also not being covered . Bankmed listen up I'm not sure if you are in the business of theft and ****ming your members,or if your attempt is to cause your members financial stress or if you want to suck up our savings .I am refusing to pay these claims while these fees all occurred under admission . Since I left that dumpster of a hospital this has been the most stressful period of my life as each day my phone is filled up with mails and SMEs of medical bills. What do I pay thousands of rands for medical aid for. To get anxiety ,panic attacks and stress for medical bills for when I was admitted . There's no way I am leaving it this way .I will continue escalating . To tell you client that while they in tremendous pain they are suppose to ask for doctors and specialist that do bankmed .The audacity I've never heard of that in all my life .I've been on discovery for 6 years before my move to Bankmed .I've never experienced something like this . Bills received for Dr Mbasa ,Dr Polly and not sure what the name of the third one is .
