medical aid cards

i was wondering how long it takes for the cards to be deliver because im tired of caring around the certificate,i cal them the other day they told me that i should check with reception i did check my work mail room but nothing as yet i understand that bankmed is now under discovery but try to at least be efficient.i want my cards before the 20th of this month im tired of calling these people for f*ck sakes...
