Listed for previous medical aid while I have another discovery medical aid.
I have been listed as a default for my previous medical. This is infuriating to say the least. When I existed the medical aid I was only aware of 700 that was outstanding and I made arrangements to pay it back and this was 2 months after I left the medical aid. To my surprise I was advised that I now owed more than 4500 that the agent couldn't explain. Then I was advised it's due to the uses up savings of which I agreed to pay 200 a month.
I started paying the 200 in December 2017 and today I receive an alert that I have been listed as a default. All I ask is that u remove that default as it is noty fault that Discovery did not alert me immediately of the outstanding amount. I am the one who took it upon my life to contact them and only to be told about the outstanding. Please fix this mess!
I am not running away as I have an existing medical aid with u that I pay over 6000 for, if the default is not removed. I am leaving Discovery!
