Legendary Customer Service
I would like to pay respect to Lebogang Sijila from the customer service department. I contacted Bankmed customer service line way after 5pm, she took my call and it was like it is her first call of the day, so energetic and willing to assist. She ensured that she fielded my questions to the best of her ability and even referred to her product guide, I also hold the same position at the bank and coming across such extra-ordinary service am taken. Such an individual is a treasure to Bankmed. Regards Thato Mthetwa.
