Just can't WIN

The only time I get a respond on my Query is to complain on Hello Peter. I spoke to a lady and after I got fed up for repeating myself, I asked to speak to her Manager... Only to be cut off after holding for +-3 min. All my treatments were deducted from my savings and according to my plan up to R 1885 were supposed to be paid from my insured portion. My follow consultation with Dr Straub was also deducted from my savings and according to my plan the first consultation was supposed to be paid from my insured portion. I refer to my Achilles operation Febr 2014.<br> <br>
