IT'S JUST BAD, THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED 🚮

I'm still in the exact position I was when I posted the last time😡 This complaint is going for 3 months now and the only excuse I keep hearing is that Bankmed will get back to me but it never happens. This has "apparently " been escalated to management level but the service is just as worse form that level. I do not know what to do anymore and who to talk to as it's clear that Bankmed do not value me as their customer😌 Mr CEO Teddy Mosomothane you are my last option
