Isoleso call centre head office number off

I\m an employee for Absa, using Bankmed basic option. As from 2016 Discovery is administrator for Bankmed. I have been using bankmed basic for years under carecross and have never experience any issue with paying any amount from own bank account. I have been a client for Spec Savers doing test and getting the full service without pay. Today I went for consultation to full service, the issue is we tried to contact Discovery Isoleso on this numbers *** from 9:20 to 13:00 and the number was just engaged. I called Bankmed to assist they also could not assist. I called Discovery health line only to be told that Isoleso numbers are not working and that I cannot get service from Spec Savers. That for me it shows that Discovery Isoleso they are *********** of their plans to make things work. On top of that Spec Savers agreed to do the test, however I had to pay for the frames, which I never had to pay with my previous provider Carecross. This is bad service from a big provider like Discovery.
