Is Bankmed Bankrupt?

If I could score a zero, I would have. I can to date this year (2023) report the following incidents: (1) I have submitted a request for a hospital procedure authorization more than two weeks ago for which I am still waiting (I had to move the date of the procedure to 14 April but Bankmed was not aware of this), (2) I have submitted claims to the value of R5000+ which I have not received a refund or any correspondence on, (3) my medical aid savings account is apparently depleted which is I M P O S S I B L E, (4) I have requested permission to receive a drip for bone density treatment to which I have received no reply, no authorization, nothing. My medical aid costs me just short of R13 000 per month for 2 people! How is it possible to receive such bad service for this amount of money!!!
