Inter-dept runabout

My dependant is seriously dependant on nutritional suppliments. Thankfully Bankmed approved this. I have beed trying for 2 weeks to get 1 dept to update the basket (reflect the approval) so that we can get the medication. We are given promises and delays and an inter-dept runabout! While my dependant is suffereing...UNACCEPTABLE!
