incorrect information

Really not happy with the service i recieve from bankmed on the 15th of January 2015 took my child for pathology test at empathy for pcr and I did call in i spoke to kwalsa and she told me that the test will be covered but now care cross rejected the claim stating that the code is not covered meaning that i have to pay in cash why was i told that it will be covered in the 1st place i have been having problems ever since I joined bankmed
