Incorrect dates captured.
I am so tired of Bankmed messing up my claims. My doctor filled in a form with a diagnosis date. The date was captured incorrectly by the agent who processed my application.
How can they make such mistakes? I am really hating the service given.

1. I was promised my claims will be back dated when my PMB Chronic Condition is approved.
2. The previous consultant promised once my application is approved they relook at the old claims.
3. The consultants **** to me. How can this be addressed? Or they are poorly trained.
4. Why is it "date of receipt" and not date of diagnosis?
5. The doctor filled in my diagnosis date.
6. I just spent 20 minutes again on the phone and still my issue is not taken care of.
This is really bad service.
