on the 30 of march i got an email from Sisa Mnyamana requesting my membership certificate from my previous medical aid scheme. i sent to her within an hour thereafter i recieved no feedback from her up until i called tuesday the 07 of April as i need to use the medical aid because im sick. i was advised sisa did not activate my membership because she has not been at work and that she is back on that day she advised she will attend to my query as soon as she geths through her emails meanwhile im in pain of which she **** so if she is not at work does the whole company stop functiong? is she the back bone of the company? i called again today and was advised she was not in and she will work on it as soon as she gets in. 2 hours later which was at 10:30 later i called in thats when it was done witihin 10 minutes but guess what i went to the doctor and the membership was not activated and i had to turned back in pain. sisa is incomepetant at her job you people are violating my rights for a service which im paying for. Discovery is way better then this pathetic business you running.
