I’ve been struggling to get a response on funding for a speech the******, they asked me to send them a report which I did on the 3rd of May. They have a supposedly “48 hours”2 business days response time which they allegedly they subscribe to which has been the opposite of my experience. I keep calling in and they keep saying they will call me back which they never do. I just called almost an hour ago now and was told the consultant dealing with my case would call me within a few seconds which they haven’t. Mean while whist they take their sweet time getting back to me we have to continue paying cash for my daughters therapy whilst we pay thousands of rands for medical aid.
