*********** and Disappointing Service

Phoned Bankmed like 4 times now for a simple task. To provide us with a Bankmed approved Proctologist. They did provide us with a list, but none of them are proctologist. How unprofessional is that, that the people working there cannot even provide you with a correct list. Bankmed forces us to use the Bankmed Approved Doctors to avoid exuberant costs, yet they cannot even provide us with a correct list. There should be specialists is each field, since majority of us cannot afford the doctors out of the Approved list
