Inactive Medical Aid Status

Bankmed switched over to have Discovery deal their Administraion effective 1/1/2016.<br> assuming everything went smoothly based on the fact that no communication was send to state any issues with the changes I went to dischem yesterday to get my sons allery medicine and I was told sorry you are not a member of bankmed phoning them they said we have a inactive profile and they cant assist me and don't know what is wrong and I cant get any medicine on my medical aid. they will investigate and get back to me. I called this morning just to be told the person that it need to be escalated to is on leave and I need to wait 2-3 days before my medical aid will be active again.!!!!!!<br> how is this possible what if I land up in a car accident or need urgent medical assistant!!!<br> I have been a member since 2004 and now this im sorry but if you have admin issues your clients sould not sit in this situation. I want this fixed today
