In-hospital doctors service and lancet blood tests not covered by my medical aid

I was hospitalized in Dec due to emergency, and this was the 1st time I have used hospital benefit on my cover. I have since received an in-hospital doctors account that my medical aid has not covered and secondly a lancet bill account that my medical aid did not cover. It doesn't get as basic as blood tests. What is it exactly that I am covered for and paying medical aid for if I'm not even covered for 3 days hositalisation. This is financially crippling me as I already have a mountain of other debts to service.
