I want my money.

On the 29th January i went to see the gynaecologist for Cervical cancer and i was referred by the GP since am chronic patient ,and am registered on the special care programme as from June 2015.Bankmed decided to take all my saving on my medical aid which is to little to survived for the whole year,I called Bankmed 5 times already but no one is willing to assist.In Feb spoke to Margaret ,Nocolleen, and Wade,none of them gave me a response.In March i spoke to Khaya and Amanda and still no feedback. And i even told then that when it comes to contraceptives am covered 100% but still they decided to use my little savings.I am a chronic patients who is registered on the Special Care Programme ,and i was informed that in order to see the Gynaecologist i must be referred by GP and I've done that and the gynaecologist is on Bankmed network .but my Savings are gone.I only Purchase Acdocol and Pavilion and Medications @ Sparksport that was prescribed by gynaecologist.that doesn't come even to R200.00 .I want my Savings back into my Medical Aid.And stop sending me Statement that i didn't request and refund my Savings.
