I hope I will finally get your attention!!

Maybe I will finally get your attention. I have been trying to add my wife and daughter as dependents since early December 2021. On Monday I called in, after being transfered a million times I finally got hold of a person who told me that he had escalated my matter. That was on the 3rd,until today I have not been contacted. Sent bankmed an email yesterday the 6th of January 2022,only got an auto response telling me that I would be contacted. Nobody has contacted me. This is my last resort. I will not call again. I will just find a better service provider.
