I get someone's bills, 2.5 years after I left Bank

I left Bankmed when I left ABSA in October 2012. I keep getting statements from Banmed with my old membership number, my name, and the details of someone else medical matters. I have reported this to Bankmed and they have done nothing. I even called the psychiatrist whose name appeared on one of the accounts as I thought perhaps he would be upset about me knowing who one of his clients were. Still nothing. I sent one of the statements to ABSa to see if they could help resolve it, still nothing. Today I got another account, seems like the mystery person had an op with Dr Khan. I am at my wits end, none seems to be concerned. I don't know who is paying for these bills, I do hope I am not being blacklisted because I am not paying. The admin department of Bankmed are clearly *********** and I have had enough. Next stop I will try to get hold of the CEO! I am really out of ideas.
