HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT I ALSO WANT MY BENEFICIARIES TO BE ALLOCATED TO DR OSMAN IF I DID NOT TELL THEM AS THEY CAN'T SEE ON THEIR SYSTEM THAT I DO HAVE THE PEOPLE I COVERED ON MY MEDICAL AID?

i called bankmed to find out why they did not pay for the claim of R356.10 on 31/12/2019 they told me the funds for the year 2019 is finished for 2019 for they were not linked to any service provider, and when i told them that last year i was told that they chose Dr Osman for my medical aid for they can see that i often go to him ,they told me ,"that was only for me" not for my beneficiaries or depandants that is why they did not pay. i told them that i was never asked about my beneficiaries and assumed that that they also linked Dr Osman to them as well because they can see that i am not alone on this medical aid. the lady ZANELE who helped me today on phone asked me "HOW WOULD THEY KNOW THAT I ALSO WANT MY BENEFICIARIES TO BE ALLOCATED TO DR OSMAN IF I DID NOT TELL THEM AS THEY CAN'T SEE ON THEIR SYSTEM THAT I DO HAVE THE PEOPLE I COVERED ON MY MEDICAL AID?"
