How hard can it be to get a Tax Certificate

<p>I've been trying to get a tax certifcate from Bankmed for 2 weeks. 4 emails and 5 calls later I'm still no closer to getting the certificate. Looks like moving to Discovery for your Administration is broken. If you want to help my ref is ********** 810</p>
