Hospital Pre-authorisations process is **********.

Been attempting to get pre authorisation for surgery for 3 weeks. Had to reschedule the operation due to lack of communication and clear indication of documents required. Been going around in circles between surgeons office and medical representative to acquire the necessary document. Just to be told that the initial documents isn't sufficient. Won't recommend this medical aid. If wasn't for it being part of employ benefits I would have left.
