hospital bill

i was admitted in hospital and bankmed paid the hospital bill but they did not pay the ampath pathology bill, and ampath sent me an Email that i have to pay because the medical aid did not pay, now bankmed says they did not recieve a claim from ampath but i have an Email that shows that ampath did send the claim and bankmed said claim will be processed by carecross but now they say they cant find that claim on their system so how can they send me an Email that says claim will be processed by carecross if they did not recieve the claim im sooo ****ed off by bankmed
