Horrible Service Deduct Money from my account

This is the worst service I have ever received and I am so disappointed and shocked by this bad service.<br> 1st they took forever to process a refund that was due to me since leaving the employ of the bank<br> Then when the refund does get done they pay the incorrect amount and then call me to advise they actually paid more funds into my account of another customer .....and they will be deducting it again on the 20th of Jan . At this point I ask for a detailed breakdown of my refund as I know the amount that they then say is due to me is incorrect . I was promised this breakdown will be send to me and this was never done .Then on the 20th Jan not only to they go ahead and deduct but they have the audacity to deduct this alleged incorrect payment from me twice ..... in the month of January I trust everyone can understand how this will impact me finically ??...I have never experienced more *********** service than this ever ... Please may my funds be refunded to me immediately and no I am not willing to wait a second longer , also may I receive the detail breakdown of my initial refund as the amount that was paid to me of plus minus R 900 was incorrect as I almost never used my savings
