HORRIBLE SERVICE

Bankmed is only good at collecting money but coming to a service its a complete opposite.

I went to a doctor and paid cash and when i claim from Bankmed they are not even going to pay half of what I paid for whatever reasons even though the money is being deducted from my savings.... on top of that whatever cents they are supposed to be paying to my account, they are just NOT paying them AT ALL, its been more than a week now I am just being ghosted and no one bothers to update me about my claims
