Horrible medical aid administrator

Discovery as a new administrator has not done Bankmed justice . Discovery's service as administrator is pathetic. 3 months they stil cant correct my details (joinng date) instead of *** both the cards and member certificares reflects 06/2010. I have been paying my premiums for three month but cant enjoy my cover... i call every week. i get empty promises that ill be called back. i go onsite still a simple date change \they\" cant get it right. Hopeless indeed. ill rather get my premium refund and find another medical aid. if i battle like this with this simpe administration issue, what will happen if i were to need health cover?"
