Horrible customer interaction.

They're simply incapable or unwilling to serve their customers. I've received bad service in my life but Bankmed will humble you. Even their staff is trained so well to provide **** service. If you have a choice, don't join Bankmed who even failed to add my new born baby OK their medical aid.
