HORRIBLE AND BAD TREATMENT
I called them before I went to the doctor to enquire about the specialist that I needed to assist and was advised that I will be reimbursed 80% of the money. I paid the doctor R 3650 and Bankmed wants to reimburse 1034 from that. This is a reap off and I am not going to accept that money. I am on Comprehensive plan paying so much and now I am being ripped by the medical aid. Can I please get my money back minus the 20% and get it all. I work hard for my money to be treated like nothing by the scheme
