Holding Ransom

My Spouse have moved to a new position and she was able to move us to her medical plan, once we where on her plan bankmed doesn't want to remove me as they say its not a medical aid, this is nonsense as they want to hold you ransom and basically ***** your money because we are paying double, i will not leave this here because we all known they will do nothing and just send a pathetic reply to say they are looking into the matter. i don't want this pathetic medical aid its just useless and taking money.
