Hell.
I'm writing this as I'm deeply saddened beyond measure. Medical aid is actual a ****, they get the full payment each Month, but when we ask for their help its hell. For the past 3months i have struggling to add my Son on the scheme, being sent from pillar to Post. No communication when you enquire they will respond after 3weeks of send a request. Why are we even paying for something that we hardly use, they have been deducting from my salary for the past 13 years but when i ask one thing i have to move heaven and hell to get their attention. You guys are just pathetic. ***
