Heartless and unsympathetic

Totally disappointed in Bankmeds lack of empathy. First they provide you with incorrect information, then they just distance themselves from it. I was told to only go for another bone density test when I turn 50 since it's only approved from 50 years onwards. I had to motivate to get the medication on chronic . I was planning on going for the test, but then COVID happened, but trust Bankmed not to understand. Pity we do not have a choice, I think that is what is making them arrogant and indifferent.
