Heartless

So disappointed in Bankmed. We already going through a traumatic time and Bankmed just makes it worse. I am on Comprehensive cover. Doctor called in for authorisation, and the procedure was approved. There was no hidden agenda. I used the network doctor as suggested to be assured everything is covered. Yet now I get a shortfall of R41249.50. Please tell me where am I supposed to get that money. I followed all the rules. Bankmed is a real sham. Totally disgusting to be paying so much and not getting our money's worth.
