have not received my delivery as promised

Am using a bankmed medical aid and I was suppose to receive my babyandme pack before I go on leave from work or even give birth. Called to find out what was going on and I was promised the delivery will be made last week WednesdAy on the 29th of april, however I recived call from a gentle made called Thando to apologise nd tell me that the delivery will be made at my home on thursday the 30th of april today is the 5May nd hv not received a call or even the delivery
