Called through to your contact centre 0800 number on 12 Feb 2018. Spoke to your consultant Amin who gave me a ref no ********** 076 and he has been the most helpful bankmed consutant that i have ever spoken to. Well mannered and knowledable and i would like his manager to know what a great job he's been doing.

Call centre people always go unnoticed, however when it comes to your medical aid we all are sceptical and get worried. He has been so professional, more people should be like him.
