Good service
Their network is very limited in Durban (very few specialist around Ballito).. So I had to travel quite far to see a urologist on the bankmed network even though Alberlito hospital is just up the road from me.
Other than that, I had a pleasant experience with them. Their consultants are great and pre authorisation was simple and efficient. They paid for my procedures as promised.. So in all, pretty good service from Bankmed.
