Good Bankmed staff

I've been having problems getting medicine add onto the chronic register, after various e-mails and phone calls, my 'history/situation' was picked up by Samukele Baloyi and her 'boss'(unfortunately I didn't get her name). They contacted me, asked for all the information, promised to call back in an hour, which they did and sorted the whole issue out. What a pleasure dealing with these to professional ladies....Thanks
