Going the extra mile

Best medical aid, today i called bankmed medical insurance to allocate a doctor for me as a urgent case and backdate it from 1st March 2020 at first the consultant said according to the rules it can only be done from the 1 April 2020 but she went the extra mile to refer the matter to her superior and got it done in no time. They can bend the rules to keep clients happy and satisfied.
