My daughter is very sick. my mom has been running around going to the doctor and she was firstly told that we need to nominate a Doctor that she can go to at all times.<br> I called the call centre and nominated the doctor that i want , was then told by the consultant that i can go to the doctor straight away.<br> Lorraine is her name and she was so helpful.<br> <br> My mom went back to the Doctor they told her that the medical aid will only be available for use on the 1st of next month.<br> So this means that i should take out money , which i dont have to take my daughter to the Doctor or else she will die.<br> <br> What kind of service is this, have been struggling with the medical aid since last year.<br> So fustrated.
