Giving Bankmed a Monthly Donation, no benefits received in 8 years.

I recently got diagnosed with a prescribed minimum benefit condition. Bankmed send me a confirmation letter that they would cover the condition but when I submitted the claim it still got rejected. It feels like their departments don't share information. I submitted my complain 4 days ago now and still have no response. I haven't gotten a paid claim from them in 8 years. I'm basically donating money to them.
