Garden city *** hospital and bankmed

I visited Garden city hospital on the 23/06/2023 for a extreme pain below my left breast on my chest at the emergency ward , they the did a xray , and also diagnosed me with anemia , they admitted me to the ward on the 23/06/2023 at 14:45 and the doctor assigned was Dr Alimia, this doctor did not examine any part of my body all he said throughout my stay when he came to see me from the 23/06/2023 to the 25/06/2023 is that he is waiting for authorisation from my medical aid for scope. On the 26/06/2023 i waited mostof the weekend i called my medical aid myself and have been advised that the request for a scope was declined on the 23/06/2023 at 14:30 now my question is why did the doctor lie to me the whole weekend and they still admitted me and left me on only a paracetamol drip even on my last day oif visit i requested to speak to the case manager which two have come one named kyla and one named gugu and the matrone yandiswa came to see me when advising and asking why i was admitted when it is now 14:00 the 26/06/2023 and the doctor has not visited me as yet after i already got the feedback from my medical aid myself during the day , the doctor with his rude disgusting attitude telling me to sign RHT and that my medical aid is lying to me when i asked him why he has admitted me knowing request has been declined and he was not willing to motivate requests at this point i was already very upset and disgusted with the service from the nurse esther on the day the case managers and the matrone while in pain and stressed, the matrone yandiswa came with the doctor and he had a nerve to tell me to sign RHT and to say that if i feel like i was not supposed to be admitted why didn't i pack up and go to my kids , i asked him why he kept me in hospital and **** to me he asked myself and the matron in front of all patients and the nurse asked if i want him to take out the money from his pocket to pay for my scope. i found his behavior disrespectful , rude and unprofessional for a health care service provider, Later the matron came back to ask me how i would like to proceed i told her she needs to assign me a new doctor she left and later returned with her boss as she said Ann the head of the matrone and they told me all other doctors are at a conference and i will have to visit Dr Mohammed on the Wednesday 28/06/2023 the nurse esther came and advised me that Dr Alimia has discharged me and came with a form for me to sign with no assistance on my anemia and my GORD that flora diagnosed me with she then later came with a porter and rudely told me to pack up and leave me porter is here and i will have to pick up my xray again abruptly, i requested her to confirm who she was speaking to in that manner cause is was really disgusting she then told me to get my xray on my way out again asking a patient to do their job i went down to get my xray and to my expectation the xray did not belong to e but someone else. i recently received a revolting bill of 18000 in total from Garden city for the most upsetting service i received cannot accept this traumatic service i got from the nurses , doctors and complaints staff who probably laughed about my situation that till this day brings me to tears and upsets me. need this matter attended to asap and i need feedback i will log complaints with the doctors professions board whatever it takes for me to get my story heard i refuse to accept the treatment that was given to me knowingly by Garden city Netcare is it so so so disgusting they should be declared a public hospital.
