Frustrating service

For six months now they have refused to pay for chronic benefits for which I qualify in terms of the Rules. The items are also prescribed by my doctor. They always first claim that my Comprehensive Plan does not cover the claim (which is incorrect ). After I call on their offices for payment , they pay the claim but list it as an "exception". The next month the same procedure is repeated. They just cannot get it right. I am totally frustrated. For ten years Bankmed paid for these same benefits without fail. But since Discovery has taken over the Bankmed administration, it has been a continuous frustration.

Regret , your statement is incorrect . My concerns have not been addressed . All I got was the same old promises that has not delivered so far . I want to have absolute confirmation that i will be able to collect my chronic Nappies from Dischem every month without first having to make phone calls to obtain (beg) permission. I also raised the matter of the non-payment of my chronic Simvacor tablets. Hadiyo undertook to look into that as well . Not resolved as yet .
