Frustrated customer
Good day,
I was not aware that Bankmed refunds any savings when not with the bank anymore.
I request that this medical aid investigates on why I was never refunded any funds when retrenched from Absa. My employment was from 1***.
I am frustrated as I am not receiving any answers.

Please note that if you resign from the medical scheme and have a positive balance in your Medical Savings Account after the withdrawal of your policy, this will be refunded to you.
