Frustrated and disappointed- Bankmed do better!!!

On the 02 September 2024 I wrote a review and an email stating that I’m not happy with the decision made by Bankmed for the BBR procedure as I was declined due to bmi of 32 instead of 30

While paying R4k every month for this medical aid I had to make noise and got an appeal however they tell me they need a pharmacy health check report then they will reconsider their Dec mind you I pay every month without fail and have stated that my large breast are causing me endless pains and have changed my posture even though try and gym it’s hard because of the large breasts

I’m frustrated with this medical aid because I dearly understand why our health is compromised I’m honestly tired BANKMED DO BETTER a pharmacy health check report won’t make a difference to the pain and headaches endured on a daily!!!
