If I could rate a ZERO, I've been struggling to add my brother as a dependent from the beginning of May 2021, till today it has not been. I explained my current situation but clearly the consultants at the call center don't care about their members. I am really disappointed and unfortunately, time is not on my side, the delays are really messing me up.
