Friendly, helpful and compassionate

I phoned Bankmed yesterday for preauthorization for a procedure I'll be having only in October. I spoke to a very friendly lady named Kristen who was not only very helpful and kind but was also very sympathetic and caring when she asked why my surgery is more than a month away and I informed her that my mother had just had surgery on Tuesday so we're just letting her recover a bit before I go for mine.
