I've been calling the Bankmed call centre and sending emails regarding a claim that has been paid from my medical aid and no one can help me. <br> I don't understand how you can allow a random Doctor that I have never heard off claim from my medical aid without my consent. <br> <br> I need to know when this is going to be resolved and how this doctor got hold of my medical aid aid details?
